Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with coding in Apex.
- Experience in working with configuration and custom development Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules in Salesforce (SFDC) and integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with business applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II).
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning development.
- Experience in CRM with the knowledge of cloud industry and its business channels.
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders/partners.
