Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with coding in Apex.
Experience in working with configuration and custom development Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules in Salesforce (SFDC) and integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with business applications.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II).
Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning development.
Experience in CRM with the knowledge of cloud industry and its business channels.
Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders/partners.
