To understand the basics of testing against a design specification. Identifies major activities and documents associated with user acceptance testing. Cites multiple examples and types of acceptance tests for user acceptance testing. Compiles a list of procedures and guidelines for test developers and end users. Explains the features and objectives of alpha and beta tests. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
