  • Reporting and Metrics

  • Other industry standards pertinent to the maturity of the ServiceNow CoE

  • Platform & CMDB

  • Platform access and security guidelines

  • Upgrade strategy and process guidelines

  • Integrations strategy

  • Release management

  • Platform monitoring

  • Architecture and design principles

  • Citizen Development Program

  • Data architecture and retention

People Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the ServiceNow delivery team.

  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.

  • Conduct performance reviews and manage career development for team members.

  • Recognize and reward team achievements and contributions.

  • Encourage diversity and inclusion within the team.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience

  • 3+ years management experience with a focus on ServiceNow

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills - capable of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results

  • Proven track record of managing agile delivery teams

  • Demonstrated ability to consult and partner with all levels of leadership across the organization

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a business and user friendly manner

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, business analysis, development, project management, and process improvement practices

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to create alignment and support

  • Ability to juggle many competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment

  • Ability to work in and manage ambiguity

The salary range for this position is $116,640.00 - $192,390.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
