Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the ServiceNow delivery team.

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of relevant IT experience
3+ years management experience with a focus on ServiceNow
Strong leadership and organizational skills - capable of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results
Proven track record of managing agile delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to consult and partner with all levels of leadership across the organization
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a business and user friendly manner
Knowledge of ITIL processes, business analysis, development, project management, and process improvement practices
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to create alignment and support
Ability to juggle many competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
Ability to work in and manage ambiguity
The salary range for this position is $116,640.00 - $192,390.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
