Key job responsibilities
Drive:
- Help manage brand protection efforts during key brand onboarding events
- Maintain and utilize the Service Improvement Mechanism (SIM) for tracking major brand issuesSolve:
- Conduct defect tracing and root cause analysis for endemic brand protection issues
- Support the development and implementation of preventative measures
- Assist in preparing monthly flash reports
- Help track and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutionsCommunicate:
- Support stakeholder engagement and education initiatives regarding Brand Protection policies and tools
- Help maintain documentation of roadmap and policy changes
- Assist in organizing and conducting knowledge session events
- Support the collection and organization of feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in risk management, operations, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
