EXPTECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Build and implement modern, responsive user interfaces for web applications using cutting-edge technologies such as HTML, CSS, Sass, Less, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide UX/UI consultations, and translate business needs into intuitive designs.
• Spearhead UI development efforts, mentoring and guiding team members to maintain high development standards.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Actively participate in a distributed Agile/Scrum team, delivering value-driven features in a service-oriented architecture.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries.
• Experience with WCAG guidelines and implementing accessibility best practices.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• English (advanced/fluent written & spoken)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate user research and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Hands on experience in Agile development principles, with a team-oriented mindset.
