Your key responsibilities

- Knowledge and Understanding of Technology: Have a solid understanding of the technologies relevant to ongoing projects, including programming languages, software architectures, and agile methodologies.
- Lead Technological Projects: Plan and execute projects that include the implementation of cloud solutions, system migrations, custom software development, and integration of technological platforms.
- Coordinate and Supervise Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in collaboration with development, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with the project objectives.
- Manage the Relationship with Key Stakeholders: Including the client's senior management, maintaining clear and effective communication. Prepare Reports and Presentations for Senior Management:
- Highlighting the project status, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify, Manage, and Mitigate Risks: That may affect the project development, proposing timely solutions. Ensure Compliance.
- Milestones and Deliverables: Implementing best practices.
- Facilitate Strategic Decision-Making: Through clear analysis and recommendations based on project progress.
- Implement and Promote the Use of Agile and Traditional Methodologies (Scrum, PMI): According to the client's needs.
- Deliver Presentations on Project Status to Client Management: Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Transform Information into Key Insights: For strategic decision-making by leaders and key stakeholders in the technological field and present it in the appropriate format

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Education in engineering, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, physics, actuarial sciences.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional definition, and integration projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in English.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- French or German is a plus.
- Adaptability to the environment, where sustained and sustainable growth of the firm and optimal solutions for client issues are prioritized.
- Participation in creating a good working environment.
- Strong communication and synthesis skills (very important), and initiative to work on them.
- Availability to travel.
- Participation in TRIMs, IMIs, or OSIs of credit risk for the supervisor.
