Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic consulting, or business development within manufacturing, energy, CPG, or related industries.
  • Proven success in selling large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology transformation programs.
  • nderstanding of AI and digital technologiesand how to align those at a strategic level to industry priorities.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to lead high-stakes conversations and influence at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, technical specialists, partners, and customer teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, strategic framing, and persuasive presentations.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for driving real-world impact through technology.
Responsibilities
  • Lead StrategicAIPartnershipsthat drive enterprise-scale AI transformation for Microsoft’s most important industrycustomers across EMEA.
  • Transformation Leader-Leadsenterprise-level AI transformation inmanufacturing, energy, or consumer goods, aligning customer vision with a strategic technology roadmapthatunlockscompetitive advantage and business impact.
  • Inspire and Align Senior Decision Makersby articulating a bold, customer-centric transformation vision rooted in operational priorities and P&L outcomes.
  • Create Executive Momentumthrough impactful customer engagements including transformation workshops, C-level briefings, and tailored strategy sessions.
  • Orchestrate Complex Sales Motionsacross internal Microsoft teams (Strategic Partnerships, Industry, ATU, STU) and external industry partners to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Drive Scalable Executionby collaborating with ISE, ISD, and field teams to ensure robust planning, customer validation, and phased rollout of transformation programs.
