Key Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a robust compliance program to scale with the company’s growth and ensure that Booking complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Combine your knowledge and expertise with the goals of our business to support and maintain a world-class Security solution for SAP to enable our continued growth;
  • Designing and deploying SAP and GRC solutions
  • Work on end-to-end implementation of SAP Security and GRC configurations and controls
  • Analyze processes and end user needs to deliver quality solutions that meet both business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate strong controls around user/system access in line with organizations’ security standards
  • Review and edit segregation of duties (SoD) and other critical action risk rule sets
  • Collaborate with business and project teams to find and implement appropriate solution to suit everyone’s needs
  • Assist and direct SAP role maintenance activities
  • Develop innovative ideas for automating repetitive processes and tasks
  • Plan and implement the appropriate change control for systems subject to SOX compliance;
  • Be part of the Finance technical team that interfaces on a daily basis with other departments and works with system users to define their needs, identify problems, evaluate, advise and provide solution

Role Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years hands-on experience as an SAP Security Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of audit and compliance, segregation of duties (SoD) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance
  • Proficient with SAP Security role design and design documentation
  • Strong foundation of SAP security and SAP GRC concepts and industry best practices
  • Experience in implementing SAP Security Strategy for new SAP environments, Designing roles, SNC
  • Good knowledge of Business Processes and translating them to SAP Security authorisation model
  • Experience of working with GRC
  • Experience of implementing Segregation of Duties, Defining and updating Rulesets
  • Extensive hands-on experience of designing SAP roles and authorisation solutions in different SAP applications: ERP, BW, HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori, Portals
  • Experience of working on SOX compliant systems
  • Experience of working together with Risk and Compliance to define risks, mitigations and remediations for SAP security
