Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be part of our global Technology Center for Design & User Experience, with a direct link to our Chief Technology Officer, and you will contribute to strategic decisions with your UX research skills

Along with your colleagues you will drive forward our vision, with the aim of fully optimizing clinical treatment paths through UX research which is strongly people-oriented

Collaborating with product management, you will drive our products’ value proposition, focusing on defining their core UX essence

You will also drive continuous user engagement throughout the development process, ensuring our users (national/international) remain actively involved every step of the way

Your key responsibilities will involve planning, designing (measurement criteria in line with the value proposition), and executing user studies, as well as applying data-driven insights to inform product development

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our global user research approach by defining procedures tailored to local nuances and offering technical guidance to fellow UX experts

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree inuser research related studies (e.g., PsychologyHuman Factors, Ethnography …)equivalent work experience

5+ years of professional experience in running user studies at varying stages of product development, applying a variety of mixed research methods and practices (including, but not limited to, usability testing, interviews, contextual inquiry, expert review, behavioral analytics, etc.)

Solid track record in navigating problem/solution spaces within research projects, adeptly planning and conducting research activities to guarantee high-quality outcomes

Your attributes and skills:

You are professionally proficient in English, preferably with experience in English-speaking work environments

Confidence in communicating research findings through verbal, visual, and written mediums

Frequent travels to Shenzhen or within China are required.
