Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns, managing strategy, creative and media briefings, execution, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Product leads to achieve short and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant marketing channel legislations in partnership with Controls teams.
  • Optimize ongoing marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, collaborate with agencies for PCA’s, and use data to refine strategies.
  • Work with stakeholders across commercial, product management, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing plans.
  • Employ agile methodologies, including sprints and fortnightly progress reporting.
  • Collaborate with research teams to derive insights and deliver structured reports with actionable insights.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute plans, ensuring activities meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage product and feature launches, ensuring timely and scoped delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of media landscape, channels, and trends.
  • Proven experience in developing and leading marketing plans and TTL campaigns in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using consumer and product data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to lead complex programs and activate go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and influencing skills in a digital-first, agile environment.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset with the ability to generate and adapt ideas to meet product and marketing goals.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in financial services or digital wealth management.
  • Familiarity with digital banking applications and integration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in marketing.
