Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with overall
- marketing and business goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
- Define clear campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics for each initiative.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, sales initiatives, and content calendars.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, paid advertising (PPC, display, social) and content marketing.
- Project manage the campaign lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-campaign analysis in Monday.com
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Demand Generation:
- Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue and hit target metrics, including leads, pipeline, and high ROI campaigns.
- Utilize MarTech stack to enhance lead data for improved CRM hygiene and increased MQL quality.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs on an ongoing basis.
- Work with MOPS to utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams (sales, product, content, design, web development) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to support campaign initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across the go-to-market organization to align and communicate programs.
