2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in a learning and development role or related field.
Experience with Training Programs.

Experience navigating the intersection of technical and professional development adult education, especially in a mission critical environment/business.
Experience in leading adult learning and development programs.
Demonstrated growth mindset with an approach to education.
Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings to a broad set of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) and influence decision-making.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, investigative and communication skills with business judgment.
