Key Responsibilities:

  • As part of Regional Product Marketing Team for Digital Appliances (DA), you will undertake the responsibility to accelerate the development of the Small Digital Appliances business within SEAO region. They will undertake the responsibility to strengthen our market share positions and deliver improved revenue/profits for the category.

Job Description:

  • Translate the voice of customers, market research and other relevant market information into go-to-market strategies and plans that will provide differentiation for a relatively new entrant.

  • Determine and champion support for the roadmap, resources, and infrastructure to enable our healthy and profitable growth for the next 3-5 years.

  • Jump-start the start-up of our Small Digital Appliances business in markets where we are currently not participating actively.

  • Improve our win-rate amongst subsidiaries by optimizing our positioning, portfolio/services, and business models in the marketplace.

  • Ensure potential risks to sales achievement are mitigated.

  • Establish relationships with decision makers across countries to navigate the possibly complex and long sales cycles.

  • Plan and deliver relevant programs that will heighten the appeal of our products/services to key stakeholders.

  • Perform competitive analysis of current offerings, using internal and external secondary, as well as hands-on primary research.

  • Work with GBM to deliver a portfolio of products and solutions that provide competitive edge.

  • Complete ROI calculations and revenue forecasts for future products, monitor performance and make adjustments to product plans based on results.

  • Provide the necessary training with support from HQ to sustain the caliber of team members, as well as, strengthen the capabilities of our partners.
