You will be creating actionable reports, data visualizations, and analysis for (SP&O) and the greater HR community. You will partner cross-functionally to understand business requirements to create reports, dashboards and metrics. You will educate stakeholders on how to interpret the data to make key decisions for the organization.
As an HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Helping to manage the team's data portfolio across variety of tools (Excel, SQL, OTBI and BI Publisher)
- Being a subject matter expert for all things related to (SP&O) and associated HR data
- Creating reports, scorecards/dashboards and executive presentations on key metrics for internal teams
- Structuring large data-sets to find usable information and help create insights
- Designing and delivering projects for data, analytics and reporting, by supporting ad-hoc requests and projects
- Collaborating with teams to gather and assess data to establish KPIs for measuring and improving effectiveness

- Demonstrate experience in a similar reporting role and understand overall data management, governance, reporting, and analytics
- Demonstrate experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and analytical skills
- Have the ability to effectively manage and work with sensitive / confidential HR data
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization
