Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst in the Mumbai Middle Office, you will manage the end-to-end client trade life cycle, including reconciliations and fails management. You will focus on process re-engineering and automation to improve efficiency. Your role involves investigating settlements and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client trade life cycle activities
- Reconcile trading activity completeness for surveillance
- Perform REG W and RG K checks diligently
- Follow up with tech teams to resolve breaks
- Report breaks using Governance and Reporting Framework
- Perform reconciliations across Front, Middle, and Back Offices
- Investigate economic breaks in risk management systems
- Manage queries with Settlements, Confirmations, and Accounting
- Monitor and clear live reject queues promptly
- Interact with clients via mail and hotline
- Compile ad-hoc reports for Front Office and other groups

- Understand Fixed Income trade life cycle thoroughly
- Demonstrate strong control and risk awareness
- Know front-to-back Operations processes and issue resolution
- Pay attention to detail and manage priorities effectively
