Job Summary
As a Trade Support Specialist in the Asia Middle Office, you will manage the end-to-end client trade lifecycle from booking to settlement. You will engage with the front office and various stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of trade issues. Your role involves analyzing trends and contributing to process improvement initiatives across teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with front office for smooth trade lifecycle processing.
- Investigate risk management systems for economic breaks.
- Process trade reconciliations and resolve breaks on priority.
- Define issues and partner with stakeholders for resolution.
- Manage end-to-end client trade lifecycle.
- Handle trade allocations, prematching, and fails management.
- Multitask with live client, trader, and sales interactions.
- Resolve client trade settlement issues accurately.
- Interact with brokers and custodians to resolve trade risks.
- Analyze trends and enhance trade STP.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
