- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in business development or partnerships.
- 5 years of experience working at a technology company or mobile device company in a partnerships capacity.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience driving individual partnerships with large, sensitive partners, identifying and defining custom integrations.
- Experience scaling partnerships programs.
- Experience translating first-of-a-kind technical integrations into "from scratch" term sheets and legal agreements.
- Experience managing direct reports and building/leading high performing teams.
- Experience driving viewership growth in the mobile ecosystem, and fluency with technical concepts.
- Product-minded, strategic thinker who can operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment, converting complex legal, business, and product issues into straightforward, timely decisions to make at the right level of the organization.
