- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in partnership, executive partner management, structuring and discussing agreements.
- Experience working with partners.
- Experience in the telecom, media, and technology sector.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience working at a telcommunications company or partnering with telcos.
- Executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership, both externally and internally.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Excellent people and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and business points with partners and internal teams, including instincts and high level of comfort escalating and presenting key agreement issues to senior management when appropriate.
- Highly collaborative, independent, and comfortable navigating internal and external ambiguity, including to quickly master organizational dynamics.
