What you’ll be able to do?

This person will:

• Oversee the management and administration of enterprise SAP platforms (ECC and S/4 HANA), including on-premise and cloud environments.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for SAP platform operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the availability, scalability, and performance of SAP systems.
• Steward platform deliverables for ECC to S/4 HANA migration and S/4 HANA on-premise to cloud.
• Lead a team of SAP Basis, Security and Master Data professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements and support future growth.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of SAP services.
• Define and enforce best practices, standards and policies for SAP platform management, security, and governance.

The minimum requirements we seek

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in SAP platform management (including ECC and S/4 HANA), with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years’ experience with SAP security principles and best practices, with experience implementing and maintaining robust security controls.

• Proficiency in Master Data Management (Informatica experience preferred), with a solid understanding of master data governance frameworks and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate global teams to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in SAP and Google cloud preferred.
• Experience working in a global, Fortune 100 company or similar enterprise environment is highly desirable.
