:

  • Drive supplier quality continuous improvements in terms of effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) metrics.

  • Input quality comments to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and use data to influence improvements within the company and suppliers.

  • Initiate supplier CAR/8D, reviews responses and drive to completion in partnership with assembly, product and test engineering teams.

  • Responsible for the full QMS audit to the suppliers annually. Spot audit to operation lines on an irregular basis.

  • One of CRB (Change Review Board) members to review process/ procedure/ materials/ machine change management

  • Work with engineering teams for suppliers site qualification, PCN, MRB, process and product control review.

  • Monitor effective quality KPIs on a regular basis and drive for closed loop improvement.

  • Co-work with NV cross functional teams to define the Maverick Lot program and to enforce the quarantine/ disposition of materials based on established protocols.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Statistics or arelated engineeringdegree field.

  • 5+ years of working experience in quality of semi-con assembly and test (OSAT) or product/ process engineering related field.

  • Must be familiar with QMS (Quality Management System) and WW Quality standards (ISO/ IATF/ VDA…) requirements.

  • Familiar with semi-con process in bumping, wafer probing, assembly and final test operations.

  • Experience in wafer foundry and advanced CoWoS products and process is required.
