Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous planning, process, system, and service improvements to achieve on-time availability and delivery, supporting strategic business priorities.
  • Represent the NAM Wholesale market in discussions with IT, Supply Chain, and Digital groups to provide input and execute day-to-day business operations.
  • Implement best-in-class Wholesale Supply Chain processes to enhance end-to-end delivery time for consumers.
  • Manage projects to ensure progress and benefits for the adidas-Group and Wholesale business through the SCM strategy, delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee Alliance Key Account OTIF (On Time, In Full) reporting and communication both internally and externally. Identify gaps and implement best practices to improve end-to-end OTIF results and achieve brand targets.
  • Maximize sales of Wholesale while controlling overall costs for the Supply Chain and Wholesale Operations.
  • Monitor Alliance Key Account shipping progress and conduct risk assessments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Deployment, Order Fulfilment, Transportation, Account Operations, and DC Ops functions to ensure OTIF execution of deliveries against requirements and priorities.
  • Drive and Facilitate a cross-functional team (Demand Planning, Product Supply, Inbound teams) to ensure timely arrival of supply to the market
  • Weekly waterfall analysis and reporting required to assess the gap and bridge required to close the On-Time-Availability gap
  • Develop and utilize process understanding and system knowledge to recognize interdependencies and potential challenges in the end-to-end business processes.
  • Contribute to Global Operations strategic project work streams by partnering with Global SCM and IT to ensure success for the NAM Wholesale business.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to manage executional excellence and track approved budget items (returns, cancellations, etc.).
  • Present, collaborate, and negotiate constructive changes with both internal and external leaders, including Key Wholesale Customers.
  • Partner internally with Account Operations team and Reporting to assess how order writing practices can positively impact on-time availability & shipping, as well as cost reduction.

  • Thorough understanding of Wholesale Supply Chain, finance, and logistics
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to assemble data, interpret, craft executive summaries and deliver business insights
  • Ability to confidently present quantitative & qualitative inputs. Ability to translate messages & stories in a simple way to influence others.
  • Proficiency in driving process improvements and business model simulation
  • Good planning and organization skills to accomplish targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, Post graduate level preferred; alternatively equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in management roles or external stakeholder management
