Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Operations Excellence Associates.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Team, including setting goals, developing, and implementing strategies, and managing performance.
- Secure harmonized approach by the team on processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coach and develop Team members to reach their full potential.
- Responsible for the efficient workload allocation to ensure smooth, efficient, and sustainable day-to-day operations.
- Responsible to identify simplification and process improvement opportunities in relation to Congresses and Events, based on stakeholder’s feedback in collaboration with the Business Practices Manager
- Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for preparing reports related to number of events, sponsorships, HCPs engagements etc. to monitor evolution within the years.
- Prepare power point presentations for topics under his/her/its responsibilities.
Indicative examples are:
- Create events in our company's platforms.
- Create shopping carts and proceed with PO creation.
- Contact stakeholders or vendors to receive goods/services invoices.
- Collaborate with Travel Agency
Qualifications:
- A BSc degree is a prerequisite, while an MSc degree will be considered as a plus.
- Proven experience working in a Center of Excellence, or in a similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent Greek and English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, ensuring timely, high-quality results.

- Business Savviness: Understanding the business; Building and applying his/her knowledge of company operations; Customer focus mindset
