JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities

  • Drive financial performances for the Europe region to ensure financial goals (P&L, Balance Sheet) are met while complying with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Create the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and load it to Hyperion Planning.
  • Transfer price analysis and tax support.
  • Finance gatekeeper for ISC OEF and indirect spending.
  • Standard costing and absorption.
  • Inactive, Obsolete, and Surplus management.
  • Physical Inventory (process and audit).
  • Inventory cycle count audits/support.
  • Fixed asset verification compliance and partnership.
  • Shipped not billed review and entries.
  • Perform financial closing activities (Journal entries, P&L analysis and correction, orders stats, B/S verification) in sync with latest Controllership and COTA organization.
  • Advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance.
  • Support the Controllership department on internal and external audit requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
  • Support the planning cycles (SRO, AOP, Forecast) and the SIOP process.
  • Provide support to drive and track business productivity initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
  • Identify and drive improvements of current processes in finance/accounting information and increase effectiveness.
  • Document activity processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Act as Finance Super User and support SAP developments/Participate and contribute to a successful ERP transition, new software implementation.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency.

Key skills and qualifications

  • University Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Min 3+ years of experience in Sr Financial analysis
  • Prior ISC Finance experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in SAP, Smart View, Business Objects
  • Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel, Tableau, Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluent English writing & speaking skills required.
