Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience influencing with data, including spreadsheet modeling, financial and decision analysis, working with large datasets.
Experience creating and completing complex projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and often ambiguous environment.
Ability to communicate complex topics with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders and build relationships across business and technical functions.
Excellent communication skills combined with a data-driven problem-solving approach towards solving complex issues.
