Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience leading operational or project based work and tasks, and coordinating or managing resources for Security Operations Centers.
5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing technical and non-technical groups to drive business outcomes.
Global operational experience in multiple countries and cultures.
Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
Excellent people management and leadership skills, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex international environment.
Track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and subsequent monitoring.
