This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your client-management skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Category Sourcing Manager, will be a member of Global Contingent Workforce Management (GCWM) team for US based in Manila, reporting to an APAC Lead Category Manager. The team supports the firm’s lines of business (LOB’s) as it applies to the end-to-end sourcing process of Contingent Workforce activities and is responsible for the sourcing and operational management of the Contingent Workforce category and supplier community for the firm. The category sourcing manager will be responsible for supply chain management, demand management, client management and day to day fulfillment of the firms LOB contingent worker needs.

  • Supporting Contingent Workforce Procurement operational activities & transactions globally, challenging levels of excellence through the full process lifecycle & optimizing Beeline usage.
  • Delivering firmwide controls & governance applicable to contingent workforce, including Minimum Control Requirements Contingent Labor and local labor legislation.
  • Developing internal client relationships to understand business footprint and skillset requirements, as well as resource and location strategies.
  • Seek out cross category opportunities to develop the reach and scope of the GCWM program, optimizing benefits & efficiencies of the service.
  • Aligning on best practices in request, demand & workload management, installing excellence throughout the process initiation steps.
  • Qualifying job specifications to ensure accuracy prior to distribution to supplier community.
  • Championing candidate authentication, validation & resume quality management, ensuring interview structure & process with alignment to the firmwide hiring policy, providing oversight on appropriate onboarding process steps.
  • Ensuring compliance and utilization of preferred supplier program and adherence to executed agreements including pricing, processes, and policies.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance.
  • Continually develop subject matter expertise in field of specialty, remain current & in a position to be a strategic advisor on competition, pricing trends and industry practices.
  • Maintaining emphasis on Communication, Mailbox & Beeline dashboard management.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great oral and written communication skills.

  • Good problem solving and initiative skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced and complex environment, working in very strong collaborative team environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, understanding of how to effectively use and navigate sourcing, vendor management or contingent workforce procurement systems.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience in staffing industry with understanding of financial services organizations preferred.
  • Knowledge of Contingent Workforce best practices within a centralized proactively sourced model, including strong supply chain and demand management preferred.
  • Proven supplier management and client management skill preferred.
  • Understanding of how to effectively use contingent workforce procurement systems; Beeline preferred.
  • Technology or Clerical & Professional Contingent Workforce background preferred
