- Functional Manager for Scrum Masters , work directly with individuals (Scrum Masters, Product Owners and team members) to identify strengths and weaknesses of existing approaches, tools and dynamics
- Experience acting as a facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for teams and organizations
- Working technical knowledge of the software development process - design, development, test, and deployment
- Prior Functional Management and People Leadership Experience
- Experience with outcomes-based planning and delivery (i.e., OKR) a plus
- Demonstrated growth and curiosity mindset
- Experience in cross-team planning leveraging product design, discovery and delivery
- Demonstrated experience in leading aspects of Agile transformation in a Product model
- Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation and training skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
