• Manage full contract lifecycle from inception of agreements through contract closures. Continually embed world class process understanding and discipline in the organization.
Key Activities
• Prepare and review contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, renewals, amendments, and other similar agreements, while leverage existing portfolio of contract templates;
• Negotiate legal terms with suppliers while leveraging applicable company guidelines and contracting policies;
• Secure necessary approvals from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts;
• Update Contract Management System and maintain centralized file storage system;
• Facilitate purchase order issuance by creating PO instructions;
• Obtain insurance certificates from suppliers as required by contractual terms;
• Perform due diligence on potential new suppliers.
• Must be fluent in English (both oral and written)
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent University-level degree) with focus in law, procurement, business, or a related field;
• 5+ years of professional experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating complex procurement contracts;
• 2+ years of professional experience working on strategic sourcing deals in a large “indirect” procurement organization dealing with multiple contract types (ranging from HR, professional services, engineering services, software, marketing, finance, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of industry-specific experience in Procurement, Operations, or related work experience.

• Good working knowledge of legal and business concepts and terminology, and the ability to assess legal and business risk when making decisions concerning contractual commitments;
• Must be able to meet strict and often challenging deadlines;
• Must be comfortable working as part of a multicultural team;
• Must be capable of adhering to corporate policies and procedures;
• Working knowledge of a Contract Management System;
• Strong customer service skillsets, which include the ability to interact with executive level management and present information in a clear and concise format; and
• Experience working in a cross-functional business environment with a high level of coordination across multiple functions.
