Job Description

The main objective of the Regional Associate director Promotional Strategy LatAm is to develop and coordinate promotional strategies for the product onsidering all approved indications. This includes developing omnichannel strategies and coordinating the L3 plan implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate promotional strategies considering all approved indications and overall bran strategy.
  • Develop omnichannel strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Explore new channels and develop innovative strategies to improve promotional strategies effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the L3 plan process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Interact with countries and the regional team, content hub to ensure effective planning and implementation of promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of promotional activities.
  • Develop and integrate data framework to understand and measure campaign results
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in promotional strategy.

Conduct:

  • Company strategies are transformed into actions and/or business plans, thereby assuring their prompt execution.
  • Decisions are made based on a broad vision of the dynamics of the business and of the market.
  • Customers are approached within the region itself, to create a better understanding of the needs of our markets, assess competitive actions and address the plans according to the opportunities identified.
  • Communicates clearly and adjusts his/her communication style according to the several audiences that are contacted.
  • Approaches the local markets seeking feedback that can be of assistance towards a better strategic vision and tactical implementations.
  • Creates strategic plans that are sustainable and foresee continuous growth.
  • Monitors performance indicators and adjusts the actions topically and appropriately.
  • Builds up relationships with key opinion leaders and maintains information exchange with them to adjust the strategic plan appropriately.
  • Designs plans and strategies to neutralize the actions of competitors.
  • Circulates easily in all different hierarchical levels even under stressful or conflictive circumstances.
  • Adjusts the plans and redirects resources during a project in order to adapt the strategy towards a change context.
  • Values other people’s contributions and perspectives, even when they differ from his/her own point of view, when leading business-sensitive situations and in managing people/teams.
  • Uses People Management as part of the business strategy and objectives, by elaborating a plan that has clear objectives and follow-up actions.
  • Is recognized by others as being an influential leader of people.
  • Recognizes existing barriers and problems within the organization and can create solutions related to structures and processes, which assures a sustained performance.
  • Knowledge:
    • Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Economics, Life Sciences or other related areas, plus postgraduate extension/MBA (Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management or other related areas);
    • Solid knowledge of Marketing, Strategic Planning, Analytic Reading of the Market, Negotiation Techniques, Presentation Techniques.
    • Strong command of the Excel tool usage.
    • Languages: Fluent English (essential) and Spanish (desirable)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical segment as Product Manager
    • Solid experience in the Latin America’s pharmaceutical industry (desirable)
    • Experience in the Onco- Hematology area is desirable.
    • Experience in developing the protocol and in implementing market research (desirable);
