Essential Responsibilities:
- Use knowledge and direction to influence decisions at the executive level, establishing overall business or technical strategy.
- Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with large enterprise commercial merchants.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and onboarding of new merchants.
- Maintain regular contact with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and quota attainment.
- Spend significant time on strategy and influencing decision-making to ensure the success of PayPal operations.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
10 years of experience in solution sales and business development, including leadership roles witha track recordof success.
Strategy and results orientedwith a strong sales acumen; consistently exceeds targets while upholding integrity
Understand online payment industryandcross-border trade is a plus
interpersonalskillswith fluent verbal and written communicationin both English and Chinese.
Self-Starter & Resilient - Independent, energetic, and proactive; thrives under pressure and adapts quickly in dynamic environments
Strong teamplayer with the ability to lead virtual teams
Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese, tailored for diverse audiences
Willing and able to travel extensively to support business growth and regional engagement
