Role Overview
What You'll DoThis role demands a hunter mentality. You'll excel at cold calling, conduct consultative sales conversations that uncover genuine business needs, and leverage your expertise to position PayPal as the payment partner of choice. Strong pipeline discipline and consistent follow-through on leads will be critical to your success.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales processes and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive improvements.
  • Work outside of defined processes to determine appropriate actions and solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

Expected Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of new business acquisition across Southeast Asian markets to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and lead generation
  • Expertise in targeted cold calling campaigns to engage prospects and secure discovery meetings
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand merchant pain points and present tailored PayPal solutions
  • Drive product adoption and activation by supporting merchants from initial sign-up through technical integration
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and business cultures is a plus
