- 2+ years of experience within Finance, FP&A or Commercial Finance or other related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, accounting or other related field
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or Commercial Finance or other related field
- Shown ability to distill complex decisions into simple but comprehensive financial models
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results to both senior leadership and large groups, representing Finance perspective to non-Finance business partners
- Ability to apply new concepts and information in a multifaceted business
- Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Proven track record of independently completing challenging projects, leading multiple priorities, crafting and executing ad hoc analysis and building effective business partnerships
- A self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with enterprise software systems (e.g. SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, Thoughtspot) a plus
