What you'll do...

  • Deliver Program & Result s: Requires knowledge of risk management, project management, and financial management tools
    • Manage relationships with the Delivery Managers and monitor project progress to identify risks, and develop mitigation plans the commitments and KPI's are met
    • Manage program budget and identify budget gaps. Engage in Annual Operating Plant
    • Effectively negotiate against timelines, resources, and priorities
  • Influential Communication for Alignment: Requires knowledge of business communication styles and data management
    • Communicate progress and risks to the leadership team and other stakeholders. Prepare clear reports, and coordinate documents that communicate project strategy and status.


What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on medium- to high-complexity programs.
  • Strong knowledge of program management techniques, tools, and frameworks, as well as risk management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to model Walmart values and foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Experience working with the executive leadership team is preferred, but not required

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
