What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Support, guide, and develop the best-in-class Technical Project Managers focused on driving delivering and executing on complex AML solutions.
- Poses strong leadership skills, great verbal and written communication skills and influence across multiple organizations.
- Ensure delivery of key projects and initiatives.
- Drive efforts utilizing your knowledge of core Project Management principles including the Hybrid methodology and ability to apply as well as lead and provide guidance to a team of Technical Project Managers (TPM).
- Create program level delivery roadmap for products and or capabilities within a technical domain.

- Strong at establishing partnerships across horizontals/verticals.
- Strong at establishing strategies and driving delivery in accordance with a plan.
- Strong understanding of portfolio operations and project methodologies (Traditional, hybrid, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Solid leadership skills (influence, coaching, gaining respect, indirect authority, hold others accountable to plans, strategic communicator).
- People Development: Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and applies managing up principles.
- Ability to operate at the executive level (strong communicator, negotiator).

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
