Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Strong technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND strong technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND strong technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR equivalent experience

:

• Expert in Azure Databases (SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL) and Azure Analytics (Fabric, Databricks, Purview), with experience in migrations, AI app development, and data solutions across platforms like BigQuery, Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Proven leader of technical engagements (hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that deliver production-scale results with strong focus on data security and governance.

AI Applications Solution Engineer Required Qualifications:

• Full-stack & Cloud-Native Expert: Specializes in app architecture modernization and cloud-native development (APIs, microservices, containers, event-driven systems, vector/graph DBs).
• AI/ML Leader: Skilled in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Agentic AI, Responsible AI), with a track record of leading impactful technical engagements (PoCs, MVPs, hackathons).

Infrastructure Solution Engineering - Required Qualifications:

• Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Proven experience in migrating workloads (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL), designing hybrid networking and secure connectivity, and implementing containerization strategies using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and App Platform.
• Solution Design & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong grasp of Azure services (security, compliance, hybrid cloud) with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions.

Software Solution Engineer - Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience engaging enterprise dev teams (developers, architects, decision makers) and leading technical initiatives like hackathons, PoCs, and MVPs to production outcomes.
• Proficient in modern languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java), frameworks (.NET, Node.js, React), and tools (GitHub, VS Code, CI/CD, DevOps, platform engineering).

• Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
• Lead hands-on engagements—hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture & technical workshops—to accelerate adoption of Microsoft’s developer tools and cloud platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads as well as AI decision makers to co-design secure, scalable architectures and solutions
• Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating with engineering to share insights and improve products.
• Maintain deep expertise in one of the following:
  • Software Solutions Engineer : GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted dev tools, Foundry SDK, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development (APIs, containers, microservices)
  • Data Solution Engineer : Analytics Portfolio: Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, DW, real-time intelligence, BI, Copilot), Azure Databricks, Purview Data Governance and Azure Databases: SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Maintain and grow expertise in on-prem EDW (Teradata, Netezza, Exadata), Hadoop & BI solutions.
  • Infrastructure Solution Engineer : Cloud migration (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL, app workloads), resiliency, security, and compliance. Deepen knowledge of enterprise apps (SAP, Oracle) and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
  • AI Applications Solution Engineer : AI Foundry & App architecture (Agentic AI framework, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Responsible AI) and App architecture/cloud native dev (APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven). Maintain and grow expertise in AI Management & Security (Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, orchestrator, monitoring).
• Represent Microsoft in customer forums and technical communities through thought leadership.
