Overseeing digital design projects, from conception to final delivery
Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback
Delegating design tasks and providing support for junior level design team members
Listen to market design needs, and proactively expand and improve the design team's services accordingly
Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
Ensure brand consistency throughout all digital design projects and company digital platforms, while maintaining high-quality standards for all deliverables
Design and produce interactive online content, including email templates, infographics, banners, animations and other online promotional materials
Collaborate and communicate effectively with local stakeholders to align designs with Teva's brand image, while also meeting usability and accessibility standards
Provide expert advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and other promotional materials, using extensive knowledge of design principles and techniques
How you’ll spend your day
Attend meetings, both internal and external, to share progress updates, discuss design strategies, and provide input on design-related issues
Take digital design requirements from internal customers and document them
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products
Design and produce original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, banners, logos, animations, videos and other promotional materials that align with the brand's visual identity and meet project objectives
Create visually appealing designs for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and banner ads
Translate product positioning, existing research and online Marketing strategies into effective designs
Your experience and qualifications
Proven work experience as a Digital Designer (at least 3 years)
A good understanding of visual design principles and strong knowledge of current digital design best practices
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening skills and strong time management
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
Excellent English knowledge, both written and oral
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
