Will be required to provide both remote and onsite support for all client service-related issues. A solid understanding and knowledge of network, server, software, troubleshooting, and teamwork are essential.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware problems with desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals, as well as desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, including conference rooms, office wired/wireless networks, and printers, ensuring IT equipment remains functional.
- Handle IT stationary procurement, computer purchases, and new computer setups.
- Provide IT support for company events.
- Assist with IT infrastructure tasks through remote hands.
- Support IT administration tasks such as maintaining IT-related fixed asset accuracy, mobile phones, telecom, and copiers management.
- Possess good knowledge of popular operating systems and software applications, including MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN, and others.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience in an enterprise-level IT support function, or 10 years of work experience with an associate degree.
- Knowledge of network implementation, server hardware, software installation, and maintenance, working in coordination with other corporate IT teams.
- Ability to support both Windows and mobile device systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility with schedules based on special events and project support for Taiwan and global locations.
- Willingness to travel to support KLA special events.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
