This role is currently available in the following shift.
Monday - Friday, 2 PM- 11 PM
Provide care to our users on calls, chat and email
Get to know each user’s goals and needs, helping to guide them through their journey by providing advice on their sites and businesses
Help users solve problems while exposing additional ways they can achieve their goals and succeed online
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
Liaise with all other departments and product teams about our users’ needs
Make an impact on the way we support our users by improving our flows to ensure the best experience possible
