Key Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy: Establish the overarching vision and strategy for the CxO Program, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and the evolving needs of our clients.
- Program Oversight: Oversee the Executive Sponsorship Program and Executive Business Review (EBR) Program, ensuring they deliver maximum value to our clients and foster strong relationships.
- Training and Workshops: Develop impactful training and executive workshop programs to enhance client knowledge and engagement with our offerings.
- Collaboration with VCs: Cultivate relationships with Venture Capitalists (VCs) to deepen CxO connections, ensuring mutual value and strategic alignment.
- Event and Content Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to provide strategic oversight for C-level events and content, ensuring these initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in the cloud security space, leveraging insights from CxO relationships to accelerate our pipeline and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Community Engagement: Lead the customer community engagement program, creating strategies and managing a team focused on enhancing user community initiatives, engagement, value delivery, and feedback mechanisms for user champions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration between community efforts and CxO strategies, driving product adoption and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy development, customer engagement, or related roles, ideally within the tech or cloud security industry.
- Proven track record in engaging with C-level executives and understanding their business needs.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
- Passion for cloud security and technology trends.
