Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Work with the team to improve data quality and data governance.
Apply a mixture of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to produce business insights that improves customer experience and product offerings.
Present findings to business owners and stakeholder.
Translate business questions into data resolutions and stories for non-technical stakeholders.
What are we looking for in you
Background studies in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics or similar roles
Strong knowledge of and experience in (academic experience or internship) reporting packages (such as Tableau, Qlik etc), databases (SQL), programming (such as R, Python etc)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyse datasets (using Excel, SPSS, SAS, R or Python etc)
Technical expertise such as data models, data mining and segmentation techniques are desirable
Precise, a keen eye for detail and for numbers
A willingness to learn & upskill constantly, curious by nature
Strong team player with a solution focused attitude
