This is an exciting role that demands experience in workflow management tools. As a member of our dedicated support team, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving issues related to our workflow management tool, GTPw (Global Tax Platform Workflow) and OGM (One Global Methodology). You will also be actively involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new enhancements and updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering informative and engaging tool demonstrations to various stakeholders, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of of the tool. Your expertise and communication skills will be key in driving the successful adoption and optimization of our workflow management tool across the organization.

Skills and attributes for success
- Capability to understand an end-to-end process
- Understanding of EY delivery methodology for Global Compliance Reporting/Tax Finance Operate engagements
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and packages such as Excel or Power BI
- Basic knowledge on Tax and Accounting

Ideally, you must also
- Have an analytical mindset, quick learner and capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to deliver work in a structured manner
- Have the ability to coordinate project activities and work well with different teams including geographically dispersed resources across multiple teams within EY and the client side
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
What we look for
- Bachelors or master’s degree, preferably Commerce or Business Management
