The program will run through to the end of 2030. Operations will be part of the end-to-end process and the OOE team will be the focal point to define, establish, and implement best in class operational capabilities aligned to the future state architecture, notably an intraday cash subledger which will service both internal and client cash requirements.

What you’ll do

This is a Vice President position within a new team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Capability Building:Lead the development and implementation of core data analytics capabilities within our division. Define the strategic roadmap for data analytics initiatives and drive the execution of key projects to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior executive audiences. Develop compelling narratives, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights and drive alignment on key strategic initiatives.

What we’ll need from you

• Domain expertise across operations and finance functions and tools. Expert knowledge in end-to-end transaction lifecycle process.

• Change management experience of large, complex implementations and transformation program expertise in finance and or operations.

• Extensive knowledge in migration techniques and tools to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy to new general ledger platform.

• Extensive knowledge of process improvement with a track record of streamlining operational or finance process.

• Good understanding of general ledger, systems, their functionalities, and best practice implementing.
