Cloudinary VP Operations

We are seeking a VP of Operations who can help take Cloudinary’s execution, efficiency and effectiveness to the next level. You will work cross functionally across all levels of the organisation in leading cross-functional operational initiatives, orchestrating company planning efforts and elevating our performance management practices.Responsibilities:Orchestrating company annual and quarterly planning processes, working closely with company leadership, Strategy, Finance and additional key stakeholders;Driving company performance management processes (notably QBRs), working in close partnership with leadership, functional operations teams and others;Manage the company’s Programme Management Office;Enhance cross-functional teamwork, specifically through alignment between different departments and successful achievement of shared objectives;Discover opportunities to reduce complexity, improve operational efficiency and create business value through process improvements. Lead implementation of the required processes.About you:Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years specifically in operational excellence or related fields;Proven track record of leading complex company-wide initiatives in global environments;Significant experience in project management and in company-level strategic planning;Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation;Experience in managing and developing a team;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation;Experience with the OKR framework and performance management methodologies;Willingness and proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, and at times ambiguous environment;Experience working in companies of various sizes and stages of maturity;Experience in SaaS - an advantage;#LI-BP1
