Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
  • Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, Business Ops, Business Admin or related field AND sales, channel, industry or solution selling, Business Development experience
Responsibilities
  • Microsoft Business Leader (Partner Development & Growth):
    • Develop and drive the strategy of the business between partner and Microsoft
    • Know your market & use intelligence to direct your planning decisions
    • Win share for Windows to expand platform & sockets for services
    • Lead Digital, Hybrid & in-person distribution sales & technical readiness and establish new market partnerships
  • Sales Leader (Partner Sales + Acceleration)
    • Develop GTM plans
    • Drive Device refresh & win share
    • Lead Digital readiness and Partner Business transformation
    • Promote "sell-with" opportunities and prioritize modern Pro and EDU devices and services
  • Excellence Leader (Partner Performance + Impact)
    • Leverage AI w/ Co-pilot to driving Premium mix w/M365
    • Drive partner recruitment, activation & demand generation
    • Lead discretionary marketing planning & execution
    • Identify Server/HCI opportunities locally, drive CAL attach and increase CPE
  • Account/Partner Development Management
    • Develop joint Partner Account plans
    • Develop business plans that growth goals
    • Gain buy-in from internal stakeholders and partner with C-suite decision-makers
    • Prioritize newer, modern devices and services ecosystem and articulate licensing agreements to partners
  • Market/Partner Readiness
    • Lead development of GTM and co-selling strategies with key partners
    • Conduct and analyze forecasting
  • Deliver Results Through Teamwork
    • Partner & collaborate with other teams
    • Lead internal teams to ensure alignment
