We connect and convene our account teams and clients with insights, offerings, solutions and ecosystems to address business issues, enhance relationships and architect engagements. Focusing on client centricity, AIBD is the aggregator of cross service line and sector market demand signals and drives EY to develop innovative solutions focused on client needs.

Your challenge

As part of the AIBD (Accounts, Industries and Business Development) team, your mission will be to help EY with its go-to-market strategy. In that frame you will collaborate with EY’s industry leaders and business development teams on challenging projects:

  • Support the Knowledge and Market Intelligence Team Leader in their function
  • Analyze internal and external databases to monitor our clients and detect new leads
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to create reports, dashboards using Excel or BI tools in order to transform data into actionable insights
  • Help develop, drive and execute various wider business development initiatives

Market and regulatory intelligence

  • Develop knowledge of EY industries, services, accounts and BD methodologies
  • Monitor and understand market trends, innovations and regulatory developments in the financial services sectors and other drivers of commercial opportunities for EY and propose targeted actions to identify targets
  • Structure market and regulatory knowledge and facilitate access by business stakeholders
  • Produce, draft and review synthetic and insightful market/regulatory intelligence contents such as executive summaries, articles, presentations, reports, statistics
  • Promote best practices to elaborate structured business development actions
  • Support business developers, sector supports and client-facing in elaborating go-to-market strategies

Data management

  • Analysis of business drivers and logics to identify data sources and proxies enabling targets identification
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of data base and visualization tools assisting business developers and client-facing professionals
  • Perform regular quality controls on data and data treatments to ensure continuous reliability of market intelligence tools
  • Follow up, report and analyze KPIs of business development initiatives to gather insights on success factors and shortcomings

Marketing & communication

  • Help in creating and promoting thought leadership and external content
  • Provide ad hoc support on events and special projects

Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following:

  • Recently graduated with Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Data-related discipline, Marketing or other relevant fields, you’re looking for a great opportunity to start with your career journey
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages such as Luxembourgish, French or German will be considered as a strong asset
  • Curious and purpose driven
  • Eager to learn and you value transversal thinking: you see the big picture and you are able to collaborate with colleagues with different skillsets in order to deliver actionable results
  • Strong interest in data analytics tools such as Power BI/analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services and how they are regulated will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent MS office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
  • Time management skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end
  • Ability to build strong networks with internal stakeholders
