Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing channel sales and end user engagement activities. You would lead the entire business engagement between channel partners and end users, by reviewing projects/opportunities status. Creating the needs of the end user is a must. As a Senior Account Manager, you will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. The individual would need to have proficiency to sell outcomes to end users, instead of pure product selling. Sales activities updates and forecasting cadence, have to be done at Salesforce.com. Industry knowledge on Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, would be good to have.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement with Channel Partners.
- Engagement with Key Accounts.
- Manage all opportunities and proficiency on Salesforce.com utilization, for forecasting and sales activities updates.
- Develop net new opportunities.
- Proficiency in selling outcomes, instead of pure product selling.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- About 10-12 years of field sales experience.
- Experienced in engaging end users, and channel sales execution.
- Been with Auto ID Data Capture (AIDC), Information Technology (IT) industry.
