Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure released and unreleased products remain true to function - Act as a liaison between engineering, product marketing, branding, content and production- Work with creatives to prototype, load, and screen capture content on devices. - Manage devices in production environment (Video and Photo)- Prepare and test hardware and software ahead of a production- Handle logistics, project planning and meet security needs
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years in a technical or production role
  • Experience in photo and video production
  • Experience in networking and/or technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Photoshop, Aftereffects and/or Final Cut
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path
  • Excellent customer focus, with a knack for building strong relationships to better understand and meet customer needs
  • Outstanding problem solving skills, including an ability to solve complex technical challenges
  • Deep expertise in Apple hardware and software products
  • Experience using Terminal and Command Line
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Technical project management experience
  • Prior experience as an Apple Lead Genius
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
