Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IT lead in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to delivery and support.
- Partner with global finance, sourcing, Payables, operations, and compliance teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Lead and manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of key platforms like Coupa, Kofax, and Oracle ERP.
- Research and evaluate potential solutions in the S2P space in partnership with the business and application architecture team, perform Proof of concept (POC) and drive implementation of the proposed solution.
- Assist the business in determining which business requirements can be automated and how they will integrate with other business and technical processes.
- Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between cross functional teams.
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
- Develop and manage project plans, resources and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure effective change management, testing, training, and documentation for all system changes and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance to ensure compliant and future-ready IT solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- 6 + years of technical experience in implementation, design, configurations, enhancements and integrations in Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable and ERP applications.
- Experience with platforms such as Coupa, Kofax, Oracle ERP (especially Sourcing, Procurement and Payables).
- Deep understanding of Source to Pay processes with hands-on experience on ERPs such as Oracle EBS/Fusion and one or more industry leading P2P and AP processing solutions such as Coupa, Kofax etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global matrix organization, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
- Demonstrates ability to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, estimating efforts. Participates in technical requirements and design and understanding impact of technology choices including that on downstream systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
